Vegan Yogurts

Starters are my favorite part of the meal. They come in a variety of healthy and light courses. It can be hummus, okras, different olives, and chili. Yogurt is a good choice for a starter or as a side dish, while you can mix it with other ingredients to make it more colorful and tasteful or plain on its own. Yogurt, in general, is a good source of calcium and protein with its probiotic effects, which are great for digestive health ;)
Vegan yogurts still contain all of the above specifications compared to dairy yogurts. There are many vegan yogurts in the shops that you can buy made from oat, coconut, or almond. Here I made a selection of oat yogurts with different excellent ingredients added to them (see the recipe).

Ingredients
1. Plant based yogurt any type ( I chose oat yogurt)
2. One beetroot
3. One cucumber 🥒
4. Fresh mint 🌿
5. Two Garlic 🧄
6. One eggplant 🍆
7. Walnut
8. Salt and Black Pepper
Instruction
🌿 Wash the eggplant and make some cuts around it and Sprinkle some salt and olive oil then put it in the oven until it cooks inside so you can peel the skin off easily.
🌿Then mash the eggplants
🌿Cook the beetroot in boiled water until it becomes soft and then grate them,
🌿Wash the mints and chop them finely
🌿Grate the cucumber and Garlic
🌿In three separate dishes/bowls prepare the yogurts
🌿In first bowl add cucumbers and chopped mint together to the plain yogurt,, plus one fresh grated garlic with a pinch of salt and black pepper,, then mix together
🌿Apply some walnuts on top for decoration
🌿In second bowl add the grated beetroot and mix,
🌿In the third bowl add the eggplants and grated fresh garlic and mix
🌿Ready to serve 😊😋
