Vegan Simple Cake Recipe

Vegan cakes are simple to make. Although most think that eggs are the necessary ingredient, in vegan cakes, there is no need to use eggs, and still, the cake will be delicious and palatable.
Mainly it needs flour, plant-based milk or orange juice, nuts, and finally, flavors of choice to add to it.
My cake recipes are simple and easy to make. Vanilla or rose water is an excellent touch to add to the cake for flavor and fragrance. Cinnamon is a good choice to add to the cake for a different taste and make it more festive.

Ingredients
Flour 125 gr 🌾
Oat milk 50 gr
Pecans
Baking powder
Vegan Butter
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Puppy seeds
Agave syrup🍯
Almond nuts
Cranberries
Melted chocolate
Instructions
🍮Step 1
Mix the butter and agave syrup and vanilla extract together
🍮Step 2
Sieve the flour and add the baking powder and oat milk together and slowly and gently mix them
🍮Step 3
At the end add the pecans and poppy seeds to the mixture
🍮Step 4
Then place the paste in oven proof cake pan
🍮Step 5
Place the pan in the oven on 180⁰C for 15 minutes
🍮Step 6
After 15 mins check the cake with a knife to see if it is dry enough not to stick to the knife and baked well not too dry!

Take the pan out of oven and let it rest for 5 mins
🍮Step 8
For the toppings add the almond flake and cranberries on the cake and garnish it with melted chocolate!
