This recipe is relatively straightforward. You can use any potatoes. Although I am not a potato fan, these Garnet Sweet Potatoes are tasty, not as sweet as regular sweet potatoes, yet have a different taste than normal potatoes, which I recommend. Potatoes are a good carbohydrate source and go well with vegetables and greens. In this case, I used green beans and spinach. I love capers and baby radishes, so I added them on top instead of salt to enhance the taste. I cooked them in the oven. Oven-baked dishes are the easiest way you can cook at home and a healthier choice and time-consuming. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients 1- One Garnet sweet potatoe 🥔 2- Cappers 3- Thyme powder 🌿 4- Vegan butter🧈 5- Baby raddishes 6- Vegan mayonnaise 7- Olive oil 🫒 8-Black Pepper Instructions Step 1 Slice the potatoes into horizontal layers but not cut them completely Step 2 Chop the raddishes and put them in between the layers and garnish it with thymes and pepper and salt and olive oil Step 3 Put it in the oven under 180⁰C for 15 minutes until it is cooked Step 4 Cook the garden peas in the oven as well to cook Step 6 Ready to serve with spinach aside 😄😋 Result Note: I made this enough for one or two people,, you can adjust 😉 😊 #food #vegan #veganism #homecook #healthylifestyle#healthyfood #healthyliving #naturelovers #ecofriendlyliving#healthyeating #pasta #rice #dill #tahdig #sweetpotato#garnet
