Chips are good snacks in general. It is something most of us nibble during the day. Ready-made, salty and greasy crisps in shops probably are not the best choice to snack during the day! We do not know how fresh they are considering the factory time apart from the shelf life. Homemade crips are simple and easy to make with different variation of vegetables, fruits and nuts and are healthier and fresher.
Meanwhile, I try to aim for the vegetable versions such as beetroots, carrots, kale rather than potatoes. I have chosen kale this time and it worked very well. It is interesting to know that Kale has got almost all of the vitamins including vitamin C. Kale leaves are thick and dark green which works perfectly for a crispy crunchy snack to eat :))

🌿Step 5
Lay the kale leaves in an oven proof pan and put it in the oven for 15 mins or until it becomes nice and crispy.
Notes
I made this enough for one or two people,, you can adjust 😉 😊
Be careful not to leave the leaves for long in the oven as they can burn easily,, just leave until it gets crispy. 😉 😊
Clean up the kitchen is my favourite part ! 😉 😊
