Rose petals are possibly the most delicate and beautiful petals of all! Historically, its origin was for medicinal and alchemy purposes. The medicinal effects of rose petals includes reducing stress, good for digestion and heart disease due to its anti oxidant effects, good for skin due to its hydrating effects. You can find many organic skincare products which contains rose products. However, these days you can use it as an edible flower in most of your baking including cakes and desserts. You can add rose petals or its extract as an infusion to normal tea or green tea. You can also use it as a brew tea on its own.

Rose petal extract so-called rose water which comes from the same flower, also can be used in ice creams and sorbets. Like saffron petals, rose petals have this powerful aromatic effect which the slightest touch is enough! They are great for decorations for your dessert dishes as they are edible. Rose petals fragrance has this royalty touch that it is original and specific.

I advise you to add rose water to your breads as your bread does not have to be plain and fragrant free all the time! :)) Rice puddings and breakfast porridges are a good choice to use rose water in it to enhance the perfume and deliciousness.
