Historically human being always has been dependent on the nature and natural resources of the planet earth for food, water, shelter, animals, cultivating and general well being.

It is a non-stop dependant relationship between humans and its need from nature and its diversity. At the moment we are in a situation that it is essential to reduce taking meats and dairy due to health and environmental reasons more than ever.
The adverse effects of the climate change and global warming crisis have left consequences on the planet earth and wildlife, while there are proves based on researchers and scientists reports and studies. The adverse effects on the environment we live in can be irreversible if we do not change our lifestyle towards saving the earth and the environment.
Due to which eco-friendly life style and sustainability has been encouraged by many and it is certainly one of the ways that can help to prevent further damage to the earth and wildlife. There are even hopes that we can go back to a point that we can rely on natural resources reassuringly without worrying about the damages that us humans left on the earth. Even though the damage such as deforestation and water pollution is current but with our help this can be stopped and retrieve e.g. reforestation and regeneration.
Once we change our habits towards sustainable living consciously by choice, we can build up our quality of life while boosting our energy and self esteem to live happily in harmony with ourselves and the environment we live in and boost our mental and body health.
There are many ways we can thrive and change to help make our planet earth a better place for all of us. One greatest way to help is living Eco-Friendly and as the words explains itself Friend with Ecosystem.
Meat and fish and dairy products are the main resources of food for the people on the earth. The rise on the population demands more meat and dairy product as the consumption increases. Therefore, the need of more lands to cultivate on and more stock farms to build up. In contrast there will be more deforestation and air pollution leave alone the plastic crisis which is a big issue.
One big contribution is go vegetarian and vegan. The more people become vegetarian and vegan the less meat and dairy products will be used. Consequently there will be less deforestation and less pollution. In my previous post I explained plainly about veganism and how I personally explored it and maintained it. Knowing about individual journeys in becoming vegan is interesting, inspiring and life changing. Being an influencer as a vegan is one way to motivate people and hope it make a change to ones life in a good way :)
As a vegan you usually become aware of healthy eating and healthy living due to which your lifestyle become more eco friendly and sustainable including using plastic free, buying biodegradable products, respect nature more, increase exercises outdoor in the nature, become involved in mindfulness exercises such as music, yoga, meditation and reading. Supporting different groups and organisations like cruelty free websites by signing related petitions, get involved in environmental activities and share the words are ways of motivation to those who are interested in descovering the world of plant based food and all in all cruelty free lifestyle.
